Chocolate cake sponge filled with tart strawberry compote and chocolate ganache .

 Iced with vanilla swiss meringue butter cream icing.

Finished off with either fresh or freeze dried strawberries and chocolate ganache drippings

*please note that fresh strawberries are subjected to availability.

They will be swapped for freeze dried ones whenever unavailable.
